Refund policy

Shibui Interiors Refunds & Returns Policy:

 

Any order received damaged or faulty will be replaced. A full refund will be offered only if a replacement cannot be provided.

Returns must be made within 7 working days if the item is being returned by the purchaser.

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or bad choices resulting in a product that does not fit or suit purpose.

We provide images and dimensions on our Website. Please ask us if you have questions or need assistance with your purchase.

 

All goods are carefully inspected before they are sent out, however if there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery of an incorrect or flawed item. You will not incur any additional costs in this circumstance.

Your replacement item will be delivered to you within the normal delivery time frame for that item.

 

We will not accept the return of goods that are damaged by you (accidentally or otherwise) or damaged due to natural wear and tear following delivery.
